Sawsan is a junior lawyer supporting the finance, corporate and disputes departments of the Firm. She has undertaken legal research on a variety of finance, regulatory and corporate matters and works closely with other members of the team in relation to drafting and filing / registering of a variety of permitting, licensing and security documentation. She regularly attends at various Oman government departments but in particular the Oman Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice on filing, registration, liaison and representation matters.
