  • Acting for developers of a 1300MW BO IPP ($1.5b)
  • Acting for financiers to a 1000MW IPP (including $750m debt package)
  • Acting for developer of several solar pv renewables projects to 78MW
  • Acting for developers of a 250MW dual-use solar pv greenhouse project
  • Undertaking legal due diligence for major Omani energy company on full suite of transaction and operations documentation
  • Advising three regional ports on tendering, development and financing of port infrastructure
  • Counsel for sponsors in the development and financing of four major regional LNG and petrochemicals projects
