Abdul Fattah is a leading Sudanese jurist and a senior member of our Dispute Resolution Practice Group where he enjoys rights of audience before the Supreme Court of Oman. He brings to the practice a wealth of experience accumulated over a long and distinguished judicial career culminating in his tenure as a judge in Sudan until his retirement from the judiciary in 1996.

In addition to his vast fund of knowledge of Omani law and legislative and judicial process, Abdul Fattah has also participated in the lobbying and negotiation of several treaties and legislative developments on behalf of clients.
